This place is amazing! We left the state of Washington three weeks ago and are headed to Alaska. We have a self contained truck camper and have been off grid most of the time at BC Rec Sites. But it was time for laundry, dump rubbish and take a proper shower. It’s so sparkly clean! And the staff and owners were so nice and helpful!!! We’ve done this for years and this place takes the cake! Thanks Natalie, Jerika, and Cory for our stay. We fell in love with Stewart BC!

Natalie was extremely kind and stayed in contact with me trying to reserve a site for about a week prior to our visit to Stewart. She ended up being able to find us a site. Beautiful, clean, and very well kept park. Sites were spacious. Picnic tables at sites. No Fire pits. Highly recommend this campground/rv park! Thanks for everything Natalie!

WELL DONE This is a good size Campground (70+ sites) close to downtown Stewart & Hyder. New owners, new gravel sites, new gravel access roads, new electric hookups (30A), & new water hookups. The sites have shared (full) hook ups, essentially making them buddy sites - a few spots function as pull through sites. Showers, laundry and their included WiiFi was good, almost always providing a signal that was useful - cell service was good. This continues to be a work in progress with the new owners stepping up to make this the best in the area.

We have been camping Alaska/Yukon/BC for a month. This is by far the best campsite we've had. Level clean gravel parking with cut grass and trees surrounding site. The bathrooms and laundry were very clean. The office staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Electric, water and sewer all available. Prices were very reasonable. I Give this campground full stars!!!

Excellent RV park, nice level roomy spaces with lots of green grass. Just a few minutes to the Hyder bear viewing platform. The owners are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They go out of their way to make your stay the best possible, and memorable. I highly recommend the Bear River RV Park to anyone staying in the Stewart/Hyder area.
